CMS Finds BIDCO Improved Health Care Quality While Continuing to Reduce Health Care Costs — News Release

The Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO) at Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization (BIDCO) improved care quality and effectively managed cost trends for the third straight year. BIDCO’s performance was among the best in Massachusetts and fifth among Pioneer ACOs nationally.

BIDCO Expands its Physician and Hospital Network – News Release

Four community hospitals and two physician organizations recently joined Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization (BIDCO). Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth, Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) and the CHA Physicians Organization, and Hebrew SeniorLife joined BIDCO, effective January 1, 2014.

Medicare Pioneer ACO Announcement - News Release

On December 19, 2011 Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius announced that 32 health systems, including Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization, had been chosen to participate as one of the new Pioneer Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
